ORGANIZATION AND HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT

Company Partners, Şerafettin DOĞAN, Osman ÖZTEKİN and Güner TOPUZ, combining the experience and knowledge gained in their own companies in the past; They came together to be more productive and to make greater contributions to the country. ÜÇER GROUP’s partners joined forces by establishing ÜÇER’s first company in 1982, in their professional life, which they continued uninterruptedly with infrastructure design and construction, housing and industrial facilities.

He achieved important successes in the civil engineering sector, served as the Head of the Chamber of Civil Engineers Ankara Branch, Civil Engineer Şerafettin DOĞAN (METU Civil Eng. – 1970), under the Chairmanship of the Board of Directors, in 1982 at ÜÇER İnş. ve Tic. Ltd. Company started its activities and later on, ÜÇER Müşavir Mühendislik Anonim Şirketi was established in 1990.

After our Founding Chairman of the Board of Directors, Şerafettin DOĞAN, passed away in 2012 and the subsequent share transfers, our Chairman of the Board Fatih Çağrı DOĞAN (METU Environmental Eng. – 1998) and our General Manager A. Alp EVRİMLER (ITU Civil Eng. – 1987) constitute the Management Staff of the company.

The central office of the ÜÇER GROUP is located in Ankara, and there is also a liaison office in Istanbul, which operates in coordination with the central office.

The number of personnel working in our group, including administrative staff, is over 250 people. As ÜÇER GROUP, we have advanced computer systems, technological office equipment, information and communication tools in terms of office equipment.

ÜÇER has the habit of working closely with university academics and experts. ÜÇER GROUP, which has a wide working area, has business partnerships according to its fields of expertise.

ÜÇER Consulting Engineering Inc., with 40 years of experience in technical consultancy services, has been involved in the establishment of the Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects Association. The company has served in various management positions within this association, and it is a member of FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) and EFCA (European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations). ÜÇER holds ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certificates.

As an independent multidisciplinary engineering and consulting company, ÜÇER has successfully completed hundreds of projects covering various disciplines, primarily in Turkey. The company specializes in the design and construction supervision of both infrastructure and buildings. Their expertise extends to energy efficiency design review, construction supervision of energy-efficient buildings, and experience in LEED Platinum certified buildings.

ÜÇER also has significant experience in the design review and construction supervision of the restoration of historical and cultural structures. Additionally, they have provided design, design review, and construction supervision services for the renovation and strengthening of education, hospital, judiciary, and other public buildings. The company has accumulated service and consultancy experience in construction areas exceeding 10 million square meters.

In terms of international projects, ÜÇER has extensive experience in projects financed by international financial institutions such as the European Union, European Investment Bank (EIB), World Bank, International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), German Development Bank (KFW), and the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB). The company has completed one EIB-financed project and eleven IBRD-financed projects in Turkey under FIDIC Contract Conditions. Currently, ÜÇER is managing five projects in Turkey financed by international financial institutions.
